I am a stressed graduating student of Ateneo under the college of nursing and I have been through a whole lot of hardships along my way to the last step of this challenging road to my almost-success. Why almost, if you might ask? Well, I am planning on taking up medicine afterwards. That is why.
Surprisingly, the whole medicine thing is not my concern at the moment.. I am very worried of the NMAT that every student who wishes to study medicine must take. It is sort of an entrance exam. I do not really know what to do as of the moment, considering all of the requirements and exams I am currently going to face for the next days, weeks, months. I just had to update my blog. I miss it.
As I type down this post whilst letting my mind think of more words and punctuation marks to put, my mind is going crazy.. Just as crazy as my addiction over pasta is. It wants me to put down this laptop and start reading my lectures over and over again. I must, I know. But I love my blog, as a fat kid loves cake! And yes, that line is too overused already. What, am I going to be in jail for that? JK
I guess it all ends here.. For now.

With my duty mate, Renly, during our OR (Operating Room) duty. I was so happy and proud that night because we extended our 8-hour duty to a 10 hour one (3 PM to 12MN), and only slept for 3 hours, then went to duty again at 7 AM in the morning until 6 PM. I got to assist in a lot of major and minor cases. So fun! I did not even care about standing the whole day.. Well, I felt the P A I N from the soles of my feet; nevertheless, it was all worth it.
Here I am, letting vanity do all the work. Again. In the car. To school. I wore light make-up (as I always do), hoping people will not recognize my HUGE eye bags that time.. I mean, I slept for 2 hours only. Who would not expect dark eyes with that?

Congrats Trisha for graduating! I guess it's okay to be nervous especially for something as big as NMAT but as long as you're determined, you'll be able to surpass it. Good luck dear! :)

I hope you will really fulfill your aspiration. My sis, a nursing grad, ended up in the BPO industry cuz she needed to save for her board. Time's so tough.
ReplyDeleteAlthough there'll be lots of hardships along the way, I'm sure you'll get by.. :) As for time management, I think knowing your priorities can help you veer away from wasting precious time.. ^^ Anyway, good luck and stay pretty!
