OH, TO BE HEALTHY

It's been 2 weeks of working out at the gym for at least 2-3 hours everyday. At first it was very tiring to have to go to the gym only to run for 30 minutes and lift weights for the remaining time, but I was wrong. Working out and having a mind-set of obtaining a certain weight/weight range all for the sake of being healthy is addicting. Seriously, undeniably addicting.

I'm pairing up my workout with a balanced diet, but recently I've had a lot of slip-ups. I already lost 5 kilograms (without gym) 2 weeks ago, so there's no reason I can't lose weight WITH gym. I'm going to make this week a better, more strict weight-losing week! Especially because of the fact that it was just announced that our graduation practice and pictorial will be on March 14. I can do this. 2 weeks of hard work will be worth it.

No more sweets, soda, and too much carbs.

OH! AND BEFORE I FORGET.. To those who think that I'm working out to be "skinny", that's not the reason. Yes, I want to have a better figure, but the main reason is because I want to be healthy. I honestly need to lose 6 kilograms more to be, well, fit. The instructor at the gym computed for my normal weight that suits well for my height, which is 5'7, and apparently I'm heavier that the desired range. Before, this would usually bum me out, but now it just motivates me to work even harder. As cliche as this may sound, "No pain, no gain!".
